First war in History
THE TRIBE MENTALITY & DISCORD
War grows naturally away of the tribe attitude. Anglim, et. al., paperwork: "A tribes is a society finding out about its origins back to someone antecedent, ascendant, ascendent,, who can become an real person, a mythical leading man, or even a god: they normally view outsiders as dangerous and turmoil against them as normal. Carefully of endless territories to protect or conquer brought the advantages of large-scale struggle in which the dropping army would be damaged, the better to secure the disputed territory. The arriving back side of `civilization' therefore helped take the need for arranged bodies of impact troops" (8). The group thinking always leads to a dichotomy of an `us' vs. a `them' and engenders an important apprehension of the `other' whoever culture is at possibilities with, or at a minimum different from, your own. This apprehension, and also a desire to expand, or protect, necessary resources, often ends in warfare.
The first war in said history occurred in Mesopotamia in 2700 BCE between Sumer and Elam. The Sumerians, in check of the Full of Kish, Enembaragesi, beat the Elamites in this conflict and, it is registered, "carried away as ruins the tools of Elam. " By about the same time frame as this marketing campaign, King Gilgamesh of Uruk marched on his neighbours in order to acquire cedar for building of the serenidad. While it has been declared that Gilgamesh is a mythological persona, the archaeological proof of a historical King Enembaragesi, who may be indicated out in the Community famous of Gilgamesh, advances weight to the promise that these was also a real historical complete body. The region of Sumer traditionally looked after Elam as `the other' to the point where, in the Ur 3 Amount of Sumer's history (2047-1750 BCE) King Shulgi of Ur constructed a great wall to keep up your Elamites and Amorites from increasing.
